Infinite Computer Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

1. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
2. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
3. Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
4. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
5. Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
6. Keeping up - to - date with industry trends and developments.
7. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
8. Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
9. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
10. Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
