Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leverage Celonis to analyze, map, and visualize business processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process enhancements.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote process mining adoption.
- Monitor and track process performance metrics, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for process optimization strategies.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Celonis EMS or similar process mining tools.
- Good understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration for process mining initiatives.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with automation and workflow tools (e.g., UiPath, SAP, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present technical findings in a business-friendly manner.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
