GENERIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Knowledge: Proficient enough in both the Technical & Functional levels for the given role. Conceptual skills and understanding of Business model are utmost important. Shall know the practices in Industry widely followed from time to time.

Quality Consciousness: Specific action is always aimed at improving quality of service, its processes and other activities associated with it.

Leadership and Managerial Skills: Active participation in cross functional responsibilities, monitoring teams performance, crisis management, problem solving etc.

Cost Consciousness: Implementing Cost Control Measures and its monitoring.

Preferred candidate profile:

Local Male candidate with having hospital OP & IP experience.
