Epic Resolute Professional Billing JD: Revenue cycle specific duties would be:
Maintain/link/create orderables, chargeables and performables
Create EAP (Procedure orders)
Perform Charge review and create charge router
Linking procedures to charges
Charge reconciliation
Fee schedule build
Creating billing modifiers
Routing bills based on department
Maintaining workques
Insurance rules Please add this to the basic analyst duties of:
1. EPIC Resolute Billing Certified Analyst Acting as the primary support contact for the applications end users

2. Identifying issues that arise in their application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and working to resolve them

3. Guiding workflow design, building and testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software

 4. Identifying and implementing requested changes to the system

5. experiencing handling Epic workflow configurations & implementation.

6. Maintaining regular communication with Epic representatives, including participating in weekly project team meetings

7. Working with Epic representatives, your organizations business community, and end users to ensure the system meets the organizations business needs in regards to the project deliverables and timeline

8. Developing an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organizations workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions

9. Participating in training and working with end users

10. Troubleshooting problems and questions
