Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Location: Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 10 LPA (Fixed)

Job Purpose:
The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement through virtual channels. The role involves driving remittances, promoting digital adoption, and cross-selling banking products to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and overall relationship value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deepen customer relationships and enhance portfolio value.
• Acquire new accounts and generate referrals.
• Drive remittances and promote mobile/online banking usage.
• Cross-sell products such as Credit Cards, Insurance, and Loans.
• Conduct quality customer interactions and maintain accurate profiling.
• Onboard customers to Relationship Banking and digital platforms.
• Ensure prompt query resolution and deliver superior service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for closure of asset, trade, and investment transactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and bank policies.
