Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App testing Test Metrics and Reporting and various testing tools and frameworks. This role involves ensuring the quality of our software products particularly in the Payer domain by leading testing efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide comprehensive test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
- Utilize SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for efficient test management.
- Implement manual end-to-end business process assurance testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing using various testing tools and frameworks.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Enhance testing processes and methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in web application testing and test metrics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira.
- Exhibit expertise in manual end-to-end business process assurance.
- Have a solid understanding of testing tools and frameworks.
- Show basic programming skills for effective test automation.
- Bring domain knowledge in the Payer industry.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
