About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization or our clients. You will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and candidates to ensure a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience, representing the company brand with professionalism and authenticity.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.

Qualifications
  • BE / Btech / BSCIT preferred OR MBA HR
  • 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within consulting, corporate.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for consulting roles or in a professional services firm.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
  • Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM).
