Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct agent data cold calling to convert leads into active insurance agents.
Build strong business relationships with insurance agents and drive business growth through them.
Understand the needs of insurance agents and develop tailored plans to address them.
Handle and resolve insurance agents complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
Train and support agents in using the Quickinsure Mobile App.
Promote high-quality sales practices and ensure excellent customer service.

Candidate Profile:

0-2 years in sales/telecalling (graduates welcome)
Exposure to the insurance industry preferred
Proficiency in Gmail and MS Office
Should speak at least one of: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali
