Administer, configure, and develop the ServiceNow platform following Agile methodologies and best practices.
Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance while ensuring optimal performance.
Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, workflows, and integrations.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure the platform's stability and performance.
Workflow and Configuration Management:
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Develop and manage ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Incident and Problem Management:
Monitor and resolve incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow with other systems.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and standards.
CMDB and Data Integrity:
Own and lead tasks to ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB data.
