Job Description
Job Title: Power Platform Specialist ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and optimize business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform toolsPower Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building low-code applications, automating workflows, and integrating data insights to drive operational efficiency and business intelligence. ________________________________________ Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven). Automate business processes using Power Automate (flows, approvals, integrations). Implement and manage Power BI dashboards with automation features for real-time insights. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Ensure performance, security, and compliance of Power Platform solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot existing apps, flows, and reports. Document technical specifications, workflows, and user guides. ________________________________________ Required Skills: Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Proficiency in Power BI automation features (e.g., scheduled refresh, data alerts, Power Automate triggers). Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Experience with custom connectors, expression building, and logic flows. Understanding of low-code/no-code development principles. Familiarity with security roles, environment management, and governance in Power Platform. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400). Experience with Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell, or API integrations. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. ________________________________________ Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
