Customer Service Associate - International Blended Process in Travel Domain
Job Role::
1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat, email) related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels.
2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to customer service guidelines.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
Requirements::
HSC/Graduate
Fresher/ Experienced
Salary::
Fresher: 21K CTC 17K in hand
Experience: Upto 24K CTC 21K in hand.

5 Days working, 24*7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts).
2 Rotational Week Off.

No Leaves apart from week-offs would be available for next 6 months or
upcoming 180 days.
