Job Description
Your future duties and responsibilities
ETL tester should work in agile env, and develop unit test scripts along with development team.
Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
Experience leading QA Analysts on a project team.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of Experience with Big Data/ETL/DWH Testing experience with RDMBS and/or Hadoop with Reporting.
Good in SQL to validate complex transformations, including but not limited to Joins, Various functions, CTEs.
Must have understanding of Python/PySpark Data Testing approach and frameworks with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
Execute test solutions for Table and File ingestion ETL processes. Exposure to Real-Time streaming applications is also a plus.
Candidates should be good in testing process, defect management and other aspects of Quality Engineering Life Cycle.
Defect Lifecycle Management, Develop and Maintain Test Artifacts throughout the Testing Life Cycle
JIRA/XRAY or similar Agile Project and Test management tool experience.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Data visualization and reporting.
Advanced data management, and familiarity with Big Data, AI, and Machine Learning (ML).
