 Your Role 
  • Install, configure, and upgrade TIBCO products (BW, EMS, Hawk, Administrator, AMX, etc.).
  • Manage deployments across environments using TIBCO Administrator and TEA.
  • Monitor system health and performance using TIBCO Hawk and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TIBCO services and integrations.
  • Implement fault tolerance and high availability using clustering/load balancing (e.g., VERITAS, F5).
  • Manage user access, roles, and security policies.
  • Perform backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support integration needs.

  • 5"10 years of experience in TIBCO administration.
  • TIBCO ProductsBusiness Works (5.x/6.x), EMS, Hawk, Administrator, AMX, BPM, Spotfire
  • Middleware & MessagingJMS, RV, SOAP, REST
  • Operating SystemsUnix/Linux, Windows
  • ToolsJenkins, Docker, Ansible, Git
