Role & responsibilities : - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with cinema staff to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve cinema operations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming cinema environment
Preferred candidate profile
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
