Job Opening for DL1 , DL2 , Remote support and Call Coordinator

Job Location : Mahape,Airoli

Exp. :1-3Year

CTC : 2.20 to 3 Lacs

BE / BTch / Diploma IT with good communication skills.

Skills

Hardware trained
Knowledge of remote access applications like RDP,Putty etc
Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site
Basic Networking
Android and IOS knowledge
Anti Virus Support at client side

Having knowledge for Inventory and Asset.

Remote support

Desktop hard ware troubleshooting & part replacement
Printer/Scanner,HUB/Switch Installation
