Job Title: Customer Support Executive Tamil & Malayalam (Voice Process Banking)

Location:
Teleperformance, 3rd Floor, DSR Smart Works,
Varthur Main Road, Next to SKR Kalyana Mandapam,
Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Fresher
Process: Voice Process Banking Domain
Languages Required: Tamil and Malayalam (Fluency in either is mandatory)
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil or Malayalam.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to banking services.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company protocols and maintain data confidentiality.

Shift Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
• Female Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 20,000 CTC | 16,000 Take Home
• Joining Bonus: 10,000
• Relocation Support for Outstation Candidates:
• One-way travel ticket to Bengaluru
• 15 days accommodation provided by the company

Candidate Profile:

• Strong local language communication skills (Tamil or Malayalam).
• Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru if applying from outside.
• Customer-centric attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
