Business Development Executive - Outside Sales @ Quadsel Systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
• Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
• Finding and following new sales leads
• Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
• Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
• Researching the market and industry trends
• Must be thorough in sales process cycle
• Passion to learn new technologies
• Warranty conversion abilities (product warranty to AMC conversion)
• Ability to generate leads, cold calls and prospect identification
• Must be thorough in service sales process cycle

Required Skills:

• Experience in direct sales of IT hardware and software products
• Experience in leading business development team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
• Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
• Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
• Excellent leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
