Technical Support Associate UK Voice Process (Broadband Services)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: UK Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Technical Support Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer calls related to broadband services, providing effective troubleshooting and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers related to broadband and internet connectivity issues.
  
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using standard troubleshooting procedures.
  
• Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for basic technical problems.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and accurate solutions.
  
• Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Work in a rotational UK shift schedule with rotational week offs.
  

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English is mandatory
  
• Prior experience in technical support (voice process) preferred.
  
• Basic understanding of broadband, routers, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  
• Ability to handle pressure and provide calm, professional support.
  
• Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.
