Katalon Automation Tester @ Coforge

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Katalon Automation Tester with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks using Katalon Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, Agile delivery, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Katalon Studio.
• Define and implement end-to-end test automation strategies across multiple applications.
• Deliver automation solutions aligned with Agile delivery models and sprint timelines.
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, Google Cloud Build).
• Perform root cause analysis, drive defect prevention, and support zero-defect delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Program Managers, Architects, and QA stakeholders.
• Ensure all QA activities comply with regulatory and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Katalon Studio.
• Strong background in test automation, including framework design from scratch.
• Experience delivering automation projects in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), Jenkins, GitLab, Google Cloud Build.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
