Job Description

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas of improvement & recommend automation solutions to increase efficiency. Automating various tasks starting from Hiring to Offboarding
• Automation Implementation: Design, develop & implement automated workflows for core HR processes using automation tools
• Data Management & Integration: Ensure seamless data flow across HR systems, improve data integrity & support data analytics initiatives
• Continuous improvement: Monitor the performance of automated workflows, troubleshoot issues & make adjustments to improve efficiency & effectiveness over time
