About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for international customer support roles in voice processes. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring effective resolution of queries while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries through voice channels depending on the process assigned
  • Provide accurate product/service-related information
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution accuracy, and quality scores

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills in English
  • Typing proficiency required for chat roles
  • Flexibility to work in rotational US shifts and on rotational week offs

Salary Structure:
Voice Process:

  • Freshers:22,000 (Take-Home)
  • Experienced:26,000 (Take-Home)
