Role & responsibilities
Handle outbound calls related to background verification.
Verify documents and employment details as per company policy.
Update case status accurately in the system.
Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams for case completion.
Maintain confidentiality and quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
HSC freshers or experienced.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
