Job Description

Key Skills: Performance Testing, jMeter, LoadRunner

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive performance test plans.
Execute load, stress, and endurance testing for applications.
Utilize jMeter and LoadRunner for scripting and testing applications.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to discuss performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Ensure governance and compliance in performance testing processes.
Conduct monthly performance runs and monitor application performance.
Create and maintain performance metrics dashboards for stakeholders.
Lead performance testing initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Work independently with minimal guidance to achieve testing objectives.

Skills Required:

Expertise in performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance).
Hands-on experience with jMeter and/or LoadRunner.
Strong knowledge of ECommerce or web application performance optimization.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Experience in mentoring and leading a testing team.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
