Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our core Power Platform team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions using advanced Power Platform capabilities. This role demands a strategic
thinker with hands-on experience in complex integrations, governance, and solution lifecycle management.
The candidate must have extensive experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Copilot Studio
- Power BI (integration and embedding)
- SharePoint
- Dataverse
- AI Builder
- Power Fx
- Power Platform DevOps (ALM, Pipelines)
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable business applications using Power
Platform technologies.
- Lead the implementation of complex workflows and business process automations using Power
Automate.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, SQL Server,
Microsoft 365, Teams, and external APIs.
- Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards across Power Platform
environments.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud Engineers, AI/ML specialists, Data Engineers,
and Application Developers.
- Drive the creation of reusable components, internal libraries, and solution templates.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Power Platform DevOps pipelines and ALM processes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot
capabilities.
Required Skills
- 6-8 years of professional experience in developing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience integrating Power Platform with SAP, SharePoint, SQL Server/Azure SQL, REST APIs, and
Microsoft Teams.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform licensing, environment strategy, and governance models.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI integration including embedding, filtering, and dashboard tiles.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Fx, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with DevOps practices for Power Platform including ALM, solution packaging, and CI/CD
pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot integration in business applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Fx formula optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps or Git-based repositories.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6-8 years of full-time Power Platform development experience is mandatory.
- Relevant Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.
