We are currently having openings in our Voice Process (L2) 100% work from office.

With fixed salary & permanent hiring.

• Designation-
• Customer Support Associate (L2).
• Job Profile-  
• Have to resolute customers query Voice Call
• Mandatory Criteria-
• Min HS Passed.
• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
• Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month (90 Days)
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
• Interview Structure-
• HR round - General check.
• Typing Test
• OPS round General Check
• Voice Versant (V4 and above)
• PMAP
• Client Round Video Call
• Payouts
• Salary for minimum 12 months experience candidate 220,000 LPA, 16.200 K/Month.
• Fresher- 212,000 LPA, 15.603 K/ Month.
• Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesnt have any PF account) 192,100 LPA, 16,008 k/Month.
• 100% fixed salary
