Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven recruiter specialising in medical and healthcare staffing for the US and international markets. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in healthcare hiring, strong expertise sourcing medical professionals globally, and a proven ability to build talent pipelines through networking and social media.
You will act as a head-hunter: identifying and engaging top medical/healthcare talent and managing full-cycle recruitment for roles across clinical & allied health.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for medical and healthcare roles including US-based and international hires.
- Understand and translate role requirements (clinical/medical, healthcare operations) for US market and international jurisdictions, including credentialing/licensing, regulatory compliance etc.
- Proactively source candidates through social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook healthcare groups, Instagram professional channels), professional networks, direct outreach/headhunting, referrals, job boards and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of medical/healthcare professionals for current needs and future opportunities.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns targeted at medical/healthcare markets (US & international).
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, assess candidate suitability (skills, experience, cultural fit, international readiness) and prepare candidate summaries.
- Coordinate interview logistics, provide timely feedback, manage candidate expectations, negotiate offers etc.
- Leverage social media networks and professional associations to build awareness of the organisation as an employer of choice in the medical/healthcare domain.
- Stay updated on global medical/healthcare staffing trends, credentialing/licensing requirements in target countries, and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years experience recruiting for medical/healthcare roles (clinical, allied health, healthcare operations) including US market and international hiring.
- Clear understanding of the US healthcare system staffing needs, licensure/credentialing requirements.
- Proven experience sourcing and placing healthcare/medical professionals globally.
- Strong capability in using social media, professional networks, job boards and headhunting techniques for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
