We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows, and be capable of translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Conduct UAT and support deployment activities.
Provide post-implementation support and training as needed.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects.
Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow Agile.
