• Software Engineer

Principle duties and essential functions

The primary responsibility of the Software Engineer will be

• This role involves requirement analysis/functional specification, architecture/design, implementation and integration for server - side Java based product.

• The role will also involve developing a competency of SDN frameworks and service provider grade SDN controller design/architecture.

• OpenDaylight knowledge, Database, Linux system administration, and Cloud administration competencies is preferred and will give you an edge

• Support the PoC s, trials by the field teams

• Crisp and clear communication with cross functional teams to develop the features, identify the dependencies

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Minimum BE Degree or equivalent with at least 0 - 2 years of experience

• Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE

• Knowledge on OOPS concepts

• Familiarity with Unix/Linux including, networking and shell scripting.

• Awareness of cloud - based application development using Openstack, VMware will be good to have skill
