Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Apache Kafka.- Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
