Job Description
- Responsible for recommending technology stack, helping team in definition of solution, technology, and integration architectures for small to mid-sized applications and cloud hosted platforms Participate in effort estimation using different techniques; will actively support project managers and scrum master on planning the implementation and will work with test leads on the definition of an appropriate test strategy for the realisation of a quality solution Should have executed one cloud project end-to-end in the past
- Help teams understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications Mentor and groom team members to develop a mindset of Test First approach for every Feature and Story Develop team members to value the importance of writing clean code Train technical leads, developers and automation testers on coding best practices and code refactoring Implement and govern software engineering processes, practices, tools and standards for development teams Engage with customer on technical discussions
- Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of SOLID design principles, various architecture, and integration patterns for building distributed systems
- Strong in system design with expertise in implementing Functional and Non-functional requirements
- Hands-on experience in service/micro-services architecture, APIs, REST webservices, leveraging Java 12+, Spring Boot, and open-source technology stack Experience in UI frameworks like Angular/ReactJS,GenAI
- Experience on design, development, and performance tuning skills on at least two or more RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
