Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy dialer solutions using various technologies such as SIP protocols, TCP/IP, LTE networks, Volte platform, and 4G/5G networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design call flow processes that meet customer needs.
Develop automated testing scripts for protocol testing of Voice over IP (VoIP) calls using tools like Asterisk CLI commands.
Troubleshoot issues related to dialer performance optimization and scalability improvements.
Ensure seamless integration of dialers with existing infrastructure components.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Dialer Solutions development.
Strong understanding of SIP Protocols, TCP/IP networking fundamentals, LTE/Volte technology stack.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript; knowledge of shell scripting a plus.
Experience working on projects involving 24x7 operations management; ability to work independently during night shifts if required.
