Qualification: Only graduates
Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA + Incentives
Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance representatives.
Support customers in understanding insurance claims, payment status, and outstanding balances.
Rounds of Interview: HR > OPS
Preferred Candidates Profiles:
* Candidate should be comfortable working in US Shift
* Candidate should be comfortable working in a Night shifts
