Business Processes Associate Consultant @ SAP

Job Description

• In this role, you'll develop tools and services that automate key processes in CoE Service Delivery, with a focus on CALM for Service and AI Assistance for Max Attention.
• you'll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and ensuring the quality of product features that help scale and improve how SAP delivers services.
• Your work will directly support the transformation of service innovations into reusable, productized solutions.
• you'll gain hands-on experience with SAP s service models like MaxAttention and Enterprise Support, and apply Agile and DevOps principles to drive continuous improvement.
• you'll analyze and resolve complex software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use modern technologies to build future-proof solutions that enhance customer outcomes.

• A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years solid programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (eg, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with modern development tools and frameworks like Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP BTP), Maven, and Node.js.
• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with automated testing, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• A proactive mindset and drive to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Curiosity and openness to learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
