Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers:
- Graduates / Postgraduates in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
- Prior internship or a minimum of 3 months of recruitment exposure preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen interest in HR and people management.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for MNCs, BPOs, Healthcare, or related industries.
- Ability to multitask and manage bulk or niche hiring efficiently.
- Strong client and candidate coordination skills.
Salary & Benefits
Freshers / 3+ Months Recruitment Experience: 18,000 Take Home + Performance Incentives
Experienced Recruiters: 25,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
What Youll Do
- Identify, source, and screen candidates based on client hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team leads and hiring partners for successful closures.
- Deliver a professional and positive experience to every candidate.
