Aws Solution Architect @ People Tech

Job Description

Role Overview

People Tech Group is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with deep expertise in AWS and Generative AI to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI systems for enterprise clients. This includes agentic applications, NLSQL interfaces, and RAG-based search solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Architect GenAI Workloads: Lead end-to-end design and implementation on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Agentic Systems: Build with Amazon Bedrock (Agents, Guardrails, Knowledge Bases), MCP tool servers, Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Data-Native AI: Implement RAG pipelines using OpenSearch, Redshift/Aurora, S3, Glue, and Lake Formation.
• NLSQL Interfaces: Ensure safe query generation with semantic layers, validation, and security controls.
• Security & Governance: Apply IAM, KMS, VPC, Secrets Manager, and auditing tools.
• Observability: Use CloudWatch, OpenSearch, and S3 for monitoring and evaluation.
• Infrastructure as Code: Deploy using AWS CDK/Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and policy enforcement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams, write PR-FAQs, guide UX, and mentor engineers.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud solutions, 4+ on AWS, 2+ in GenAI.
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock and key AWS services.
• Experience with MCP protocols and secure tool execution.
• Strong data engineering and security background.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Docker, ECS/Fargate or EKS.
