Job Description

Key responsibilities include
Coordinating with stakeholders such as Application Owners Network Architects and others
Gathering technical requirements including compute needs RAG status additional storage and dependencies
Mapping applications to EOL servers and conducting impact assessments
Planning and managing migration timelines and associated risks
Performing quality checks and validation post migration
Ensuring compliance with governance and reporting protocols
