Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering leads to run effective Agile sprints and build a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Own the Jira board: ensure tickets are clearly written, epics are structured, stories are scoped, and progress is tracked accurately.
• Write clear, concise, and technically informed user stories that enable engineering teams to execute effectively.
• Track sprint velocity, burndown charts, and task completion metrics to monitor throughput.
• Help evolve and enforce consistent Agile rituals (grooming, planning, standups, retrospectives) across distributed teams and time zones.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams in the U.S. for rollout planning and feature readiness.
• Prioritize product backlog based on technical feasibility, business goals, and customer impact.
• Define and track success metrics for key product initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior Product Managers.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in Agile SaaS teams.
