Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or telesales (14 years preferred).
• Proficiency in South Indian languages Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Quick learner with strong product understanding and adaptability.
• Experience in reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, or other channels.
• Ability to identify customer needs, explain product features, and close sales effectively.
• Consistent in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborative mindset to work with marketing and support teams for smooth operations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
