Job Description

Experience: 6 months to 4 years in AR Calling / US Medical Billing / RCM.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
-
Basic knowledge of the US healthcare revenue cycle is an added advantage.

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.

Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.

Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and take appropriate action.

Accurately document all communication and claim statuses.

Work closely with internal teams to meet SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Ensure professional and effective communication with both clients and team members.
