Job Description
- Provide real-time chat support to international customers.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product information and company policies.
- Assist with customer onboarding and product demonstrations.
- Contribute to improving chat support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High level of empathy and patience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
