We are Hiring Customer Support Associates to work for the Inbound International Process

Your Role:
Provide a 'wow' experience for our customers by going the extra mile enquiries are via email / chat , or via phone call
Help implement new efficiencies and process to improve our customer service and speed
Provide solutions to problems quickly and efficiently
Design email responses to leave customers happy and satisfied
Work closely with customer service team to support and motivate each other

We need someone with:
A caring and sympathetic nature
Excellent people and social skills
Very confident telephone manner
Fast paced worker (at the computer) and thinker to achieve daily KPIs
Must be a confident typist and have excellent grammar
Ability to multi-task while providing up-to-date responses to all customers enquiries in real-time
Excellent command of English language
Excellent written communication
Positive attitude
Creative problem solving ability
Ability to gain customer trust and gratitude, turn them around
Youthful attitude to empathise with customer
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to stay cool
Strength to work under pressure and maintain composure, this team has busy times and daily challenges
