Position Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead multiple client implementation and integration projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in SaaS applications, APIs, and cloud-based integrations, coupled with excellent project management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, planning, and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Oversee SaaS integration projects involving e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon, etc.) and ERP systems (NetSuite, etc.).
Manage client communication, set expectations, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate technical discussions, review architecture/design, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies and maintain transparency across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
512 years of experience in technical project management or similar roles in software/SaaS-based companies.
Experience managing projects involving ERP and e-commerce integrations .
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
Good to Have:
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or AWS environments.{if have)
Prior experience in SaaS or product-based organizations.
