Job Description
Your Role- Lead full-cycle deliveryof automation and GenAI projects, managing scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, guiding RPA developers, AI/ML engineers, and architects through technical execution.
- Design scalable solutionsusing UiPath, Python, Azure, OpenAI, and custom frameworks, while managing costs and ROI.
- Engage stakeholders proactively, translating technical concepts and presenting strategic updates to leadership.
- Ensure governance and compliance, maintaining documentation and aligning with enterprise IT and security standards.
Your Profile
- 12-15+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 5 years in automation and AI domains.
- Proven experience with End-2-end RPA platforms (UiPath) management and maintenance with 100+ BoTs ,Various AI/ML frameworks, Integrated Enterprise Azure Environment and its services and GenAI tools and frameworks
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management
