Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Demand professional to join our growing team at Delhivery-Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth launch and initial customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition:
- Manage a team of Field sales executives for acquiring new customers.
- Work on Retention of existing customers as well as acquiring new customers
.
2. Market Analysis:
- Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Expand current serviceability.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
4. Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Proficiency in the Telugu language is mandatory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Sales Force and google sheet
Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
