Job Description:

Sutherland is looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills for an International Non-Voice (Chat Support) role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage chat-based support for international customers
• Provide timely and accurate responses
• Maintain quality and productivity standards

Eligibility:

• Graduates or Undergraduates with valid certificates
• Pursuing candidates are not eligible
• Must reside within 25 km of the Hyderabad office
• Immediate joiners only

Salary: 2,50,000
