Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale web applications using Django framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, integrating with PostgreSQL databases, and following best practices for scalability and performance.
• Lead junior engineers in coding standards enforcement, debugging issues, and improving overall team efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Python programming language.
• Strong understanding of Django framework and its ecosystem (e.g., ORMs).
• Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers to improve their skills.
