Job Description
Provide first-level support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues (L1 support).
Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other peripherals.
Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, or walk-ups in a timely and professional manner.
Log, track, and document all support requests using the organizations ticketing system.
Assist in setting up user accounts, email, and software applications.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support or relevant teams.
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
Support audio/video equipment for meetings and video conferencing.
Follow standard procedures for security and data protection policies.
