The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving growth in the Old Car Finance vertical. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
Portfolio Management
Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future
