Role Highlights:
- End-to-end recruitment across various roles and departments
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Coordinating interviews, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth hiring process
- Maintaining candidate pipelines and daily recruitment reports
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT/non-IT/BPO depending on your focus)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability to join
- Prior agency or in-house recruitment experience preferred
Additional Info:
- This is a contract role for 6 months to 1 year
- Immediate joiners only
- Only BPO hiring experience
