Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with 5-10 years of hands-on expertise in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms, along with experience in automation, DevOps tools, and cloud security best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure/GCP
- Automate deployment processes using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Manage and optimize cloud networking, load balancing, and storage solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for consistency and automation
- Perform cloud migration of applications, databases, and workloads
- Manage and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Troubleshoot incidents and support production environments with high availability.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform AWS / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows administration, networking, and security fundamentals
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Solid understanding of cloud cost optimization and resource management
- Knowledge of containerization technologies Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in cloud-native environments
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security scanning tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for collaboration across teams
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5- 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles.
